CHARLESTON, S.C. - The South Carolina State women's softball travel to Charleston, this weekend to participate in the Willie Jewell's Invitational Tournament hosted by Charleston Southern University. 
 
Four teams will be competing in the three-day tournament over the weekend that runs through Sunday (Feb. 26), including SC State, Boise State, Maryland Eastern Shore, Presbyterian College, and host Charleston Southern.
 
The Lady Bulldogs face a tough schedule that starts on Saturday with a doubleheader against Boise State (11 a.m.) and Presbyterian College (1 p.m.). On Sunday (Feb. 26) SC State returns to action taking on host Charleston Southern in a 3 p.m., showdown.
