WASHINGTON DC- The South Carolina State softball team resume Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play on play on the road versus Howard University for a three-game series March 23-24 in Washington, DC at the Nationals Youth Academy
 
In the previous match-up between the Lady Bulldogs and Bison (April 15-16), SC State won the series 2-1. Howard University currently owns a 7-4 series win over South Carolina State.
 
This weekend SCSU hopes to extend its conference win streak after defeating Norfolk State 2-1 in the conference series home opener at Lady Bulldogs Softball Field. Howard defeated North Carolina Central 2-1 in their last outing to improve to 18-7 overall, 2-1 in the league.
 
UP NEXT: South Carolina State will host Morgan State on March 29-30 in a three-game league series March 29-30.
