ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State softball team returns to action back home when they host visiting Norfolk State over the weekend in a three-game series at Bulldog Softball Field.
The Bulldogs (3-25, 2-7 MEAC) will kick of the first game in a 1 p.m. start, followed by a 3 p.m. first pitch in the second game.
In their last outing, Norfolk State (21-15 overall, 6-3 MEAC), posted a series sweep over Coppin State with 7-3, 7-0, 7-6 wins. Meanwhile, SCSU dropped a tough series to UMES in 3-15, 1-7, 0-13 defeats last weekend.
