JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—The South Carolina State women's softball returns to action this weekend on the road in the Osprey Invitational hosted by North Florida in Jacksonville.
Six teams will be competing this weekend including host North Florida (2-3), Eastern Illinois (3-1), Kansas (5-0), Georgia State (4-2), South Dakota State (1-4) and South Carolina State (0-4)
LAST TIMEOUT:SC State played at Kennesaw State's opening weekend tournament and was 0-4 in its outings. Collectively, the Lady Bulldogs have recorded a .146 batting average in four games with 12 hits, including a pair of long balls, and five walks. Senior utility
Tamaya McQueary is hitting a team-high .400 with two hits in five at-bats.
The Lady Bulldogs kickoff on Friday (Feb.,17) in the first game versus South Dakota State in a 9 a.m. start, before wrapping up the day in a showdown with Georgia State at 1:30 p.m. On Saturday (Feb. 18) SC State resumes play in back-to-back thrillers against Eastern Illinois at 9 a.m., and powerhouse Kansas at 11:45 a.m., then wrapping up tournament play on Sunday (Feb.19) with host North Florida at 1:30 p.m.

Parking Information
Fans are strongly encouraged to park in Lot 18 to the north of the field off of Central Parkway. Lot 5 is also available for parking if necessary.
