Orangeburg, SC—The South Carolina State softball team will be looking for their first Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) victory this weekend, April 11-12, when they Norfolk, Va. to take on the Spartans of Norfolk State University.

 

Saturday's double-header, which is slated to begin at 1 p.m., will be held at the NSU Softball Field on the campus of Norfolk State University. The teams will face each other again on Sunday in a single game beginning at 12 noon.

 

The Lady Bulldogs enters the weekend series with a 3-19 overall record and 0-6 in the MEAC Southern Division while the Spartans come in with a record of 12-20 overall and 1-5 in the MEAC Southern Division.
