SC State Golf Team to Host SCSU Bulldog Invite at Patriots Point

ORANGEBURG, SC – The South Carolina State women's golf team will host the SCSU Bulldog Invitational Sunday through Tuesday (Sept. 30 – Oct. 2) at the Patriots Points Links in Mt. Pleasant, SC
      Six other teams will join SC State in the three-day, 54-hole event on the Par 72, 6000-yard course. The teams will play 18 holes each day, beginning Sunday, following a practice round on Saturday.
        Sunday's first round gets underway at 2 p.m., Monday's second round starts at 12:30 p.m. and the final round begins Tuesday at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start. A Welcome Dinner is set for Sunday at 6 p.m. near the 18^th green.
        Other participating teams are Bethune-Cookman, The Citadel, Delaware State, Hampton, Towson and Wofford.
       Making up the SC State team are senior Marina Terry, juniors Cabriel Duren and Tiana Jones, and sophomore twins Cheryl Chua and Cherie Chua.
       Senior Allison Brown will participate in the individual competition.
