Box Score 1 | Box Score 3 | Box Score 4 WASHINGTON, DC—The South Carolina State women's tennis team took the top spot in the MEAC Regular Season race after an impressive 4-0 sweep in the MEAC Men's Tennis Roundup held at the Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) and Washington Tennis & Education Foundation (WTEF).

In the opening match the Lady Bulldogs defeated host Howard 5-2 on Friday (March. 28), followed by a 6-1 win over Morgan State on Saturday (March.29). On the final day of the roundup SCSU posted back-to-back league wins over Coppin State 7-0 and Delaware State 5-2.

South Carolina State improves to 9-4 overall, 4-0 in the MEAC.

Next up SCSU will close out home play on Saturday (April 5^th) when they host visiting North Carolina Central in a pivotal Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference showdown. First serve is 11 am at the Hardeep Judge Tennis Center.
