ORANGEBURG, SC—South Carolina State men's basketball team will take a break from league play as they host Mid-Atlantic Christian Saturday (Feb. 8) inside Smith-Hammond-Middleton Center. Tipoff is 2 pm.
The Bulldogs (10-12 overall, 4-3 MEAC) snapped a two-game losing skid after posting an impressive 89-66 MEAC road win over Howard Monday (Feb. 3). 
Omar Croskey led the way with a game-high 27 points in the win.
Meanwhile, Mid-Atlantic Christian (11-8) looks to extend their winning streak to six straight after coming off an 85-73 win over Regent University on Wednesday (Feb.5). Stewart Clough led the way with 25 points, while teammate Janus Shepherd added 23 in the win.
NEXT UP: South Carolina State returns to conference play when they host visiting Morgan State on Saturday (Feb. 15) and Coppin State Monday (Feb. 17) in a pivotal Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference showdown.
