BALTIMORE, Md. --- The South Carolina State women's basketball team return to action Monday (Jan. 6) in the first of a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference doubleheader versus host Coppin State inside the Physical Education Complex Arena.
Tipoff is set for 5:30 pm and can be seen live on ESPN+.

BULLDOG BITE: South Carolina State (1-16) suffered a tough heartbreaking loss to Morgan State 54-55 in their last outing.
Angie Juste-Jean returned from injury to lead the way for SC State with a game-high 25 points and seven rebounds.
Justice Tramble added nine (9) points and seven (7) rebounds in the loss.
INSIDE LOOK AT COPPIN STATE: Coppin State (10-7), captured their first league win in an 69-66 win over visiting North Carolina Central. The Eagles had three players in double figures with Angel Jones leading the way with 19 points and 8 rebounds, while Tiffany Hammond and Laila Lawrence each added 13 in the win.
