ORANGEBURG, SC- The Lady Bulldogs basketball team returns to action on the road on Saturday, December 2nd to face Charleston Southern in a non-conference match-up inside the Buccaneer Fieldhouse. Tip-off is at 2:00 pm.
SC State will enter tomorrow's match-up fresh off a 76-58 win over Queens University on Tuesday (Nov. 29th) night and look to continue their win streak. Janiah Hinton recorded a career-high 25 points for the Lady Bulldogs and Morgan Beacham contributed 21 points to defeat the Royals.
Meanwhile, Charleston Southern fell short 35-81 in their most recent contest to South Florida on Nov. 30. CSU dropped to 1-6, while SCSU improved to 1-7.
SERIES: After a short hiatus, The Lady Bulldogs will face the Buccaneers for the first time since the 81-75 win in the last match-up in Charleston, SC on November 9, 2019. SC State currently holds a staggering 17-6 series lead over the Buccaneers and hopes to continue the win streak.
Tomorrow contest will be showcased on ESPN+.
UP NEXT: South Carolina State will remain on the road for their next two contests as they travel to Alabama to face Alabama A&M on December 10. The Lady Bulldogs will complete the Alabama road trip in Birmingham versus UAB on December 12.
