th) when they host Radford University in a non-conference contest at Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center. Tipoff is 7 p.m.
LAST MEETING: Last time to two teams met Radford defeated SC State 61-31 on Nov. 7
th, 2018.
South Carolina State (1-1) look to keep up their winning ways after suffering a tough 49-70 home loss to Presbyterian College in their season-opener on last week. The Lady Bulldogs bounced on Saturday after knocking of Charleston Southern 81-75 in overtime on the road.
Junior guard
Heniaya Moton led the way with a game-high 31 points, while Preseason First Team All-MEAC forward
Taylor Brown finished with 19 points and 15 rebounds in the win.
Meanwhile, Radford (0-1) seek their first win of the season after dropping an ,46-80, road loss to Vanderbilt. Khiana Johnson led the way with a team-high 18 points in the loss.
Next up SC State hit the road to battle UNC-Wilmington Saturday (Nov.16
th) in a 2 p.m. showdown.
