TAMPA, Fla.--- South Carolina State dropped a disappointing 63-14 defeat on the road to FBS foe South Florida Saturday (Sept. 20) inside Raymond Jones Stadium.
The Bulldogs fall to 2-2 on the season, while the Bulls improve to 3-1.
SCSU finished with 305-yards total offense along with quarterback
William Atkins IV throwing 18-of-28 for 151-yards, while
Jarod Washington led the defense with eight (8) tackles 7 solo in the loss.
NEXT UP: South Carolina State will resume non-conference play Saturday (Sept. 27) when they travel to take on Charleston Southern in an 6 p.m. showdown. The game will be televised live on ESPN+
