THE SERIES: Georgia Southern leads the series 20-7 over South Carolina State.

LAST TIMEOUT: South Carolina State (2-7) posted an 3-0 shutout win over neighboring Claflin University. While Georgia Southern (8-1), defeated Presbyterian College 3-1 on the road in the Bulldog Classic in Athens, Ga.
