WASHINGTON, DC---The South Carolina State men's and women's tennis team will return to action this weekend when they head to the nation's capital to participate in the annual Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) roundup March 28-20.
The defending MEA C Champion Men's tennis team enters the roundup with an 7-3 overall record and are winners of three straight with victories over George Mason (4-0), Furman (6-1) and Presbyterian College (6-1).
Meanwhile, the SC State Women's is 5-3 on the season and have also posted three straight wins with victories over East Carolina (4-0), Western Illinois (4-0) and Southern Illinois (4-0).
Coach Hardeep Judge is in his 23
rd season at the helm of both the men's and women's programs. The All-Time Winningest Coach in school and MEAC history has amassed over 650 career wins including 32 league titles (16 M/W) and a league record 19 on the men and 18 on the women in school history.
The roundup will take place at two sites which will include:
Site A - Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC)
Site B - Washington Tennis & Education Foundation (WTEF)

Note: The schedule has been organized (to the extent possible) to ensure that the M/W teams play at the same site, either simultaneously or consecutively. In cases where teams are playing at different sites in one day, matches are spaced more between the 9AM and 6PM start times. On the final day, teams located farther from the venue will have earlier match times, while those closer to the venue will play later.
