Shaunice Reed tossed in a team-high 17 points, followed by
Taniya McGowan's 11 points and three (3) steals but it wasn't enough as South Carolina State dropped their 12
th straight in a 78-50 loss to Charleston Southern Tuesday (Dec.17) inside Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center.
The Lady Bulldogs fall to 1-13 overall, while the Bucs improve to 3-8 on the season.
Janiah Hinton added seven points along with
Justice Tramble six in the loss.
CSU was led by Catherine Alben with 15 points on the day.
NEXT UP: South Carolina State returns to action on Saturday (Dec.21) in a non-conference battle with Coastal Carolina. Tipoff is 12 noon.
