Last time out SCSU (0-3) suffered an 0-6 setback to UNC-Asheville in their last outing. Graduate student
Kierra Cox led the way with ten (10) saves. Meanwhile JU (1-0-1) posted their first win of the season after an 1-0 win over SWAC for Alabama A&M.
Next up South Carolina State return to action Sunday (Sept. 4th) versus College of Charleston at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium/ Willie Jeffries Field. First kick is 1 p.m.
