Orangeburg, SC- The SC State women's volleyball team face 3-0 conference match to Delaware State on Sunday afternoon, inside Duke Gymnasium. The Lady Hornets won in three sets, 25-16, 25-12 and 25-12. With this loss, the SCSU drops to 0-16, 0-5 for the season, while Delaware State improves to 14-4, 4-1.
The Bulldogs were led by
Semira Fields with seven kills, and
Siela Avea with 13 assists. Not far behind was libero, Sierra Rosales finished with 11 digs. The Bulldogs involved with a total hitting percentage of .030. Key blocks from Maa Rembert were major components to help push the Bulldogs forward for plays.
