NORFOLK, VA---The No. 2 seed Morgan State pulled off an major upset in more than decade or more knocking off the Defending MEAC Champion South Carolina State. 4-1,  int the opening at the Folks-Stevens Tennis Center Wednesday (April.26^th).

South Carolina State closes out the season at 6-9 overall, while Morgan State (10-12) advances to face the No. 1 seed Florida A&M Friday (April. 27^th) in a 9 a.m. showdown.

The only point from the Lady Bulldog came at the No. 5 spot with All-MEAC Freshman Zainab Bendahhou defeating Oriane Yehouenou 6-4, 6-0.
