ORANGEBURG, SC— The South Carolina State women's tennis team will host visiting East Carolina in a non-conference matchup Thursday (Mar. 9) at the Hardeep Judge Tennis Courts. First serve is 1 p.m.

South Carolina State (1-4 overall, 1-0 MEAC) enters the contest after suffering a tough 1-6 defeat to Coastal Carolina on last week in Orangeburg.

Meanwhile, East Carolina (3-5) look to bounce back after back-to-back losses to Coastal Carolina (2-5) and Virginia Commonwealth (2-5) on the road.
