ORANGEBURG, SC---The South Carolina State women's tennis team improved to 2-0 in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play with a 7-0 win over visiting North Carolina Central Wednesday (Mar. 15) at the
Hardeep Judge Tennis Center.
The Lady Bulldogs, who are the defending MEAC champions, improved to 2-6 overall, 2-0 in the MEAC, while NCCU drops to 1-10 overall, 1-1 in the league.
South Carolina State got on the board early winning the doubles point 6-1, 6-2 and 6-3.

South Carolina State returns to action on Saturday (Mar. 17) when they host visiting Charlotte at the Hardee Judge Tennis Center. First serve is 1 p.m.
