Box Score 2 ORANGEBURG, S.C. – The South Carolina State women's soccer dropped two games this weekend, falling 1-0 at both Presbyterian College (double overtime) and Winthrop University on Friday and Sunday, respectively.
Against Presbyterian (3-3),
Dominique Brown took a team-high three shots (one on goal) and
Naydeen Cabalo,
Amelia Green and
Janell Cash each had one shot on goal.
In the Winthrop game,
Brittany Rodrigue took SC State's (1-9) only shot on goal, while Brown took a team-best three shots.
The Lady Bulldogs have eight days to rest and prepare for their next game. They take the field again on Monday, Sept. 29 at UNC Asheville at 5 p.m.
