Lady Bulldogs Close Out Regular Season Play Against ECU

Mendez looks to close out career with undefeated mark at home.

Senior Sabrina Mendez is only player in school history to finish regular season undefeated in singles matches at 32-0.

ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State Lady Bulldogs will have a chance to do what no team has done in school history—finish the regular season undefeated, today at 11 p.m. at the SCSU Tennis Courts.
      The Lady Bulldogs (15-0 overall, 4-0 MEAC) the 2012 Southern Division Champions will be vying for the eight-straight Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference crown.
      In their last outing, SC State defeated Bethune-Cookman 7-0, while East Carolina (8-12) dominated Mount Olive 7-0 in women's tennis action on last week.
       SC State will return to action on next week in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Tennis Champions, held April 13-15 in Raleigh, NC at the Millbrook Tennis Complex.
