Reminder: Game ticket required to enter SC State campus on home football game dates

All vehicle occupants and pedestrians must have tickets to enter campus.

ORANGEBURG, S.C. — South Carolina State University reminds students, employees, alumni, fans and visitors that a valid game ticket is required to enter the campus on home football game dates.

The requirement applies to everyone entering campus, including pedestrians and all occupants of vehicles. Every person in a vehicle must have a game ticket before the vehicle will be permitted onto campus, and pedestrians must present a valid game ticket to enter campus. This requirement is part of SC State's game-day security measures and is intended to help keep students, employees and visitors safe.

SC State is a gun-free, smoke-free and drug-free campus. These policies apply on football game days and throughout the year.

A parking pass does not serve as admission to campus or the football game. Individuals arriving with a parking pass must also have a valid game ticket.

Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance at https://scsuathletics.evenue.net/ and have their tickets ready before arriving at campus.

Game-day ticket sales will be available at Gate 2. Guests also should have identification ready for security screening at the gate.

The Bulldogs' next home game will be Saturday, Sept. 12, against Virginia State.
