PRINCESS ANNE, MD—The South Carolina State men's and women's basketball team enter the final stretch of regular season conference play Saturday (Feb.28) when they take on host University of Maryland Eastern Shore in a pivotal showdown inside Hytche Arena.
LAST TIMEOUT: The Bulldogs (7-20 overall, 5-6 MEAC) look to bounce back after an tough 90-83 home loss to Morgan State in their last outing. Guard
Chris Parker finished with a team-high 19 points and eight (8) rebounds in the loss.
On the women's side, the Lady Bulldogs (5-22 overall, 2-10 MEAC) suffered another tough loss to Delaware State on the road 71-38.
Dream Watson finished with a team-high 13 points, while
Heaven Harper grabbed 10 rebounds.
