ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State Men's and Women's Basketball teams return to action Wednesday (Feb. 18) in a pivotal Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) showdown inside Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center.

Tipoff is set for the women's contest is 5:30 p.m., with them men's 45 minutes immediately afterwards in an 8:00 p.m. start.

OCASSION: SC State will be honoring three (3) student-athletes on the men side and 11 on the women side in a pregame ceremony during "Senior Day".

OPPONENT: NC Central Eagles (10-14 overall, 6-3 MEAC) vs. South Carolina State Bulldogs (6-18 overall, 4-4 MEAC)
NC Central Lady Eagles (7-16 overall, 3-6 MEAC) vs. South Carolina State Lady Bulldogs (5-19 overall, 2-7 MEAC)

Admission: General seating is $10. Youth tickets ages 3-17 and other college students w/valid ID are $5.

LAST TIMEOUT: On the women's side the Lady Bulldogs extended their losing streak to six straight after an 47-73 loss to Morgan Stare, while the men's side the Bulldogs came up short in an 57-59 loss to Coppin State. Meanwhile, NCCU women are coming off a tough 68-75 league loss to Coppin State in their last outing, while on the men's side the Eagles captured an 80-76 win over Morgan State at home.
