South Carolina State (5-13, 2-1 MEAC) will look to defend its home court and maintain early conference momentum in league play. The Lady Bulldogs are 3-5 at home this season, led by senior guard Iemyiah Harris with 13.9 points and 3.7 rebounds per game, while Angie Juste-Jean, who averages 9.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game, has provided scoring off the bench.

Norfolk State (7-11, 2-1 MEAC) enters Orangeburg seeking to extend its conference success. The Lady Spartans ranks third in MEAC standings and feature dynamic guard play from Jasha Clinton, averaging 14.1 points and 3.6 assists, with Da'Brya Clark adding 15.3 points and 6.3 rebounds over her last 10 games.
