LAST TIMEOUT: The Bulldogs posted an 16-15 win over Wofford in their home-opener in a non-conference matchup in O.C. Dawson Stadium|Willie Jeffries Field. Newcomer and graduate kicker Nico Cavanillas Alti connected on three kicks of 33-yards, 41-yards and a 25-yarder.
William Atkins IV finished throwing 19-of-34 for 181-yards, while Ryan Stubblefield added 10-of-17 for 128-yards. The receiving corps was led by Jalen Johnson with 7 catches for 98 yards. Jordan Franklin spearheaded the defense with seven (7) tackles and five (5) solo in the win.
 
The Gamecocks are coming off a huge 24-11 win in Atlanta over Virigina Tech in their season opener. LaNorris Sellers finished 12-of-19 for 209-yards and a touchdown, while Nyck Harbor posted three (3) receptions for 99-yards and a touchdown. The defense was led by Fred Johnson with 10 tackles and an interception, while Dylan Stewart added seven (7) and a sack.
