ORANGEBURG, SC—Head tennis coach Hardeep Judges has released the South Carolina State 2025 men's tennis spring schedule.
The SC State men have captured 18 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championships and will be seeking their fourth straight.
The Bulldogs open the spring season on the road with three-straight contests, beginning with Wake Forest (Jan.19) in Winston -Salem, NC, Georgia State (Jan. 24) and University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (Jan.25) in Atlanta, GA.
SCSU will host six home matches, beginning with Costal Carolina (Jan. 31). Following a road contest against Charlotte (Feb. 2), Charlotte, NC, the team will return to Orangeburg for back-to-back contests with Benedict (Feb.4) and Presbyterian College (Feb. 9) at the Hardeep Judge Tennis Center.
The team will then embark on a seven-match road stretch, starting with Kennesaw State (Feb.16) in Kennesaw, GA, followed by University of North Carolina (Feb.19) in Chapel Hill, NC, then a pair of contests in Orlando, FL against Troy University (Feb.22) and UCF (Feb. 23), before returning to the Palmetto State to take on Wofford (Mar. 2) in Spartanburg, The Citadel (Mar. 10) in Charleston, and George Mason (Mar. 13) in Hilton Head. On March 15, SCSU returns home to face Furman, followed by a contest with Jacksonville State (Mar. 20).
South Carolina State is slated to begin league play in the MEAC Roundup in Washington, DC with matchups against Morgan State (Mar.28), Howard (Mar. 29) and Coppin State (Mar.30). Judge's squad will conclude conference play with a home match against NC Central (Apr.5) and a visit to Norfolk State (Apr. 10) in Norfolk, VA. The last contest of the regular season has the Bulldogs on the road at Campbell (Apr. 12) in Buies Creek, NC.
SCSU then heads to Cary, NC for the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Tennis Championships April 25-27.
