BULLDOG BITE: South Carolina State (2-17 overall, 1-2 MEAC) snapped an 16-game losing streak after posting an impressive 68-62 win over Delaware State in their last outing. Junior guard
Shaunice Reed led the way with a team-high 21 points, while
Angie Juste-Jean added 15 in the win.
INSIDE LOOK AT UMES: UMES (5-12 overall, 0-2 MEAC) look to capture their first league win of the season after dropping a heartbreaking 86-92 double overtime loss to NC Central on Saturday (Jan. 11). Three Hawks led the way with Brianna Barnes tossing in 14 points, Amiaya Morgan 13, and Aleah James 11.
