CANADA—The South Carolina State women's basketball team closed out a four-game International Canada Tour with an 78-74 loss to Concordia University at Champlain.
Newcomer Angie Austin-Jean finished with a game-high 28 points and nine (9) rebounds, while
Jada Morgan added 22 points shooting 10-of-11 from the charity stripe on the day.
Monajah Ford,
Jhaven Meade and Justice Tramble all finish with six (6) points respectively, while Tramble grabbed finished second with rebounds with seven (7).
Despite the loss, South Carolina State led the way rebounding (42-29), while Juste-Jean finished perfect 4-of-4 from behind the arch.
The impact players for the Lady Bulldogs during the international tour were Jad Morgan, Taniya McCowan and Angie Juste-Jean.
