Men’s Basketball On The Road at No.22 Xavier

CINCINNATI --- South Carolina State returns to action on the road Sunday (Dec. 1) versus non-conference foe No.22 Xavier University Musketeers at 4:30 p.m.  inside Cintas Center.

The Bulldogs are coached by former Cincinnati standout Erik Martin.

SC State (4-4) loom to snap back after a tough 53-82 defeat to Marshall in their last outing. Meanwhile, The Musketeers (6-1) look to get back on the winning track after a 53-78 loss to Michigan.

ABOUT THE BULLDOGS:
  • South Carolina State enters the contest after snapping a two-game losing streak after a tough loss to Marshall.
  • The Bulldogs as a team 78.3 points per game, while grabbing 36.3 rebounds.
  • Drayton Jones leads his side with 12.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game this season, while  Wilson Dubinsky chipped in 9.3 and 3.0 rebounds.
