THE SERIES: Saturday marks the 117th meeting all-time between South Carolina State and B-CU. The Bulldogs hold a 70-46 advantage in the series to date, but B-CU has won six straight.
South Carolina State is 2-1 on the season, with wins over NAIA opponents Morris College and Voorhees. The Bulldogs' lone loss came against South Carolina, 86-84.
The Bulldogs are averaging just over 98 points per game and allowing 63. They have done so on 53 percent shooting from the field and 42 percent from three on 9 attempts per game.
Senior guard
Wilson Dubinsky has led the way through three games, averaging 13.7 points per game on 57 percent shooting. Junior guard Florida Tenebay is the only other Bulldog averaging in double figures at 10 per game. Both have done so off the bench.
