JACKSONVILLE, FLA—South Carolina State men's basketball return to action Thursday (Nov.14) on the road versus Jackson University in a non-conference matchup inside Swisher Gymnasium.
Tipoff is set for 7 pm and can be seen live on ESPN+.
The South Carolina State (2-1 overall) is coming off an impressive win over Voorhees College, 94-48, in their last outing. Fourteen (14) Bulldogs scored with senior forward
Davion Everett leading the way with a team-high 17 points, while newcomer
Florian Tenebay added 15 points and seven (7) rebounds in the win.
Meanwhile, JU (1-2) enters the contest after suffering a tough, 69-78, loss to Furman on the road. The Dolphins were led by Robert V McCray with a game-high 26 points and four (4) rebounds in the loss.
NEXT UP: SCSU is back in action on Saturday (Nov. 16) in a 2 PM showdown with Bethune-Cookman in Daytona Beach, FLA.
