Omar Croskey leading the way with a team-high 15 points, six (6) rebounds and three (3) steals, but it wasn't enough as South Carolina State fell short to host Jacksonville, 71-62, inside Swisher Gymnasium. Thursday (Nov. 14) night.

Drayton Jones finished with 12 points going a perfect 4-of-4 from the charity stripe, while teammate guard
Mitchell Taylor chipped in 10 in the loss.
Despite the loss, SC State led in several categories including fastbreak points (12-8), steals (13-8), points off turnovers (25-16) and points in the paint (34-22).
NEXT UP: SCSU is back in action on Saturday (Nov. 16) in a 2 PM showdown with Bethune-Cookman in Daytona Beach, FLA.
