BROOKINGS, SD--South Carolina State will be on the road for a two-game Holiday swing, beginning Friday night versus South Dakota State at Frost Arena. Tip-off is 6 PM (CT)| 7 PM (ET).
This is the first all-time meeting between these teams.
In their last outing the Lady Bulldogs (0-5) suffered a 53-58 defeat USC-Upstate on Monday (Nov. 20).
Taniya McGowan led the way with a team-high 14 points, while
Rakyha Reid chipped in 12 points and nine (9) rebounds in the loss.
The Jackrabbits (2-2) most recently lost 78-38 at No. 1 South Carolina Monday night.
Bulldog Bites:
Jordan Releford leads the way with 7.8 points, while
Taniya McGowan is second on the team with 7.3 per contest.
Morgan Beacham is third on the team 6.4 points per outing.
Rakyha Reid is the leader on the boards with 6.8 per game, while
Jhaven Meade adds 4.0 rebounds.
The Lady Bulldogs average 47.4 points per game and allowing 70.8 points. Assist as a team 9.2 and 4.2 blocks.
