Orangeburg, SC- The Bulldogs of South Carolina State University participated in the first ever Terrier Invite in Spartanburg, SC hosted by Wofford College.
The Bulldogs fell 0-3 to Wofford College, 0-3 to Presbyterian College, 0-3 to George State.
For the tournament SCSU's
Avea, Siela, a junior, Opposite Hitter (OPP) from Hauula, Hawaii lead the team in assist and digs against both Georgia State and Presbyterian College.
Fields, Semira lead the team in kills all three matches.
For the match against Presbyterian College, the Bulldogs tallied 7 total blocks, 18 kills on 91 attempts with a hitting percentage of .022. The Bulldogs had a hitting percentage of -.105 against Wofford, and -.028 against Georgia State.
Bulldogs next match will be hosted by Coppin State University on September 23 at 6 PM.
