CHARLESTON, S.C. – The South Carolina State volleyball team will open the 2022 campaign on the road in a non-conference battle with Charleston Southern Tuesday (Aug. 30
th) at 6 p.m. inside the CSU Fieldhouse on ESPN+.
Tuesday's match will serve as the season opener for South Carolina State, which recorded a 0-24 record last fall. The Buccaneers are coming off a weekend in which they play hosted to the Zaxby's presents the Volley Bucs VolleyPalooza. CSU posted a 1-2 record over the course of the weekend, starting with a victory over Appalachian State Friday night before falling to California Baptist and St. John's Saturday.
