ORANGEBURG, SC— The South Carolina State volleyball team seek their first win of the season when they open Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference play Friday (Oct. 2^nd), versus visiting North Carolina Central at Dukes Gymnasium. First serve is 6 p.m.

In their last outing the Lady Bulldogs (0-11 overall, 0-2 MEAC) dropped a tough 0-3 (7-25, 20-25, 22-25) decision to USC-Upstate. Meanwhile the Eagles (3-8 overall, 2-0 MEAC) captured of a pair of wins over Morgan State (3-1) and Coppin State (3-2).
