ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State Bulldogs first preseason football practice previously scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Friday (Aug. 2nd ), has been changed to 2:30 p.m. at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium.
 
The Bulldogs report to practice on Thursday in preparation for the 2019 campaign, beginning with Wofford University on August, 31^st at 6 p.m. at Oliver .C. Dawson Stadium.
