NORFOLK, Va. —South Carolina State graduate James Reddick II and freshman Jamarius Wilson earned Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) football weekly honors, the league announced.

James Reddick II was named Offensive Lineman of the Week, while teammate Jamarius Wilson earned Rookie of the Week honors, respectively.

Offensive Lineman of the Week: James Reddick II | 5th | OL | Fort Valley, Ga.
Reddick II helped South Carolina State's offensive line produce 332 yards of total offense in the Bulldogs' 20-17 win over Furman. He graded out at 91 percent and recorded eight pancake blocks while allowing no sacks or penalties. This is Reddick II second  league weekly honor of the season.

Rookie of the Week: Jamarius Wilson | South Carolina State | Fr. | OL | Loris, S.C.
Wilson helped South Carolina State produce 332 yards of total offense in the Bulldogs' 20-17 win over Furman. He graded out at 89 percent and recorded six pancake blocks while allowing no sacks or penalties.
Other honors were Morgan State's Cameron Edge and North Carolina Central's Joshua Truesdale earning Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, while Norfolk State's Jason Wonodi rounded out the honorees as the Specialist of the Week.

Offensive Player of the Week: Cameron Edge | Morgan State | Sr. | QB | Clayton, Del.
Edge completed 14-of-23 passes for 209 yards and two touchdowns in Morgan State's 41-26 win over Towson. He threw a six-yard touchdown pass to Marquez Spells and connected with Joseph Towler on a 40-yard scoring strike, helping the Bears snap a 17-year losing streak to the Tigers.

Defensive Player of the Week: Joshua Truesdale | NC Central | So. | DB | Charlotte, N.C.
Truesdale recorded a career-high 17 tackles, including 12 solo stops, in North Carolina Central's loss to Gardner-Webb.

Specialist of the Week: Jason Wonodi | 5th | WR | Brockton, Mass.
Wonodi set a program record with 170 punt-return yards and an average of 56.7 yards on three returns in Norfolk State's win over Hampton. He scored on returns of 76 and 57 yards, while breaking the previous program record of 157 punt-return yards. The win also marked Norfolk State's first home victory over Hampton at William "Dick" Price Stadium since 2015.

• DJ Maultsby (South Carolina State) – Recorded four receptions for 111 yards and a touchdown in South Carolina State's 20-17 win over Furman.
• Brenden Thompson (Norfolk State) – Led Norfolk State with eight tackles, including six solo stops, in the Spartans' 42-21 Battle of the Bay win over Hampton. He recorded a seven-yard sack and a quarterback hurry as Norfolk State's defensive front totaled six sacks for 40 yards, its most in a game since 2023. Thompson also helped anchor a defense that held Hampton to 105 rushing yards and 283 total yards while forcing two interceptions.
• Tyler Leinberger (Norfolk State) – Earned a season-high 94 percent grade and recorded six knockdown blocks in Norfolk State's 42-21 Battle of the Bay win over Hampton. He helped the Spartans produce 424 total yards, including 240 rushing yards, while averaging 4.7 yards per rush and recording 24 first downs. Norfolk State also controlled the ball for 34:50 in the victory.
