ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State women's volleyball team returns to action on two-game road swing beginning with USC-Upstate Wednesday (Sept.26
th) in Spartanburg. First serve is 6 p.m.
Following a showdown with Upstate, the Lady Bulldogs (0-13) head down to Savannah, Ga Friday (Sept. 28
th) to battle Savannah State in crucial Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) contest.
Sophomore
Alexus Holt leads the charge for SCSU with 101 kills (2.46) and 2.88 points per game. Freshman
Kyra Marshall is second with 61 kills (1.49) and 2.02 points.
Holt and Marshall both were named to the Charm City All-Tournament team on last week at he MEAC North/South Challenge in Baltimore, Maryland.
