DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.—The South Carolina State tennis teams return to conference play Friday (March. 24) on the road against MEAC foe Bethune-Cookman in a key league showdown.
The women will begin at 1 p.m., followed by the men.
The Lady Bulldogs (2-8 overall, 2-0 MEAC) look to snap a two-game losing skid and remain on top of the Southern Division with a win over BC-U. Meanwhile, Bethune-Cookman (5-8 overall, 0-0 MEAC) seek their first conference win of the season over the defending MEAC Champion after dropping a tough, 2-5, defeat to Stetson in their last outing.
The Bulldogs (6-7 overall, 2-0 MEAC) one of the hottest teams in the conference have post three-straight non-conference wins over top opponents. BC-U (1-12 overall, 0-0 MEAC) men have gotten off to a rough start this season dropping their last three matches.
