ORANGEBURG, S.C. – The South Carolina State women's soccer team fell 5-0 to Elon on Sunday at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium.

Elon (4-1) led 3-0 in the first 45 minutes of play and tacked on two more goals in the second half.

Senior goalkeeper Haley Austin had 10 saves and allowed five goals for SC State (1-3).

The Lady Bulldogs return to the pitch on Tuesday at Presbyterian College for a 7 p.m. match.
