DURHAM,NC—The South Carolina State Bulldogs closed out the season with a 4-0 defeat to 10^th seed Duke in the opening round of the NCAA Men's Tennis Team Championships Friday (May 8) in the Ambler Tennis Stadium.
 
The Bulldogs fall to 15-5, while the Blue Devils improve to 23-6 and advance to the next round to take on Standford Saturday at 1 p.m. The winner of Saturday's math will advance to the NCAA round of 16 in Waco, Texas.
