TROY, Alabama – The No. 57 Troy men's tennis team won its 10
th straight match, beating South Carolina State, 5-2, on Saturday afternoon at the Lunsford Tennis Complex. The win snapped a 10-match winning streak by South Carolina State.
Troy (20-5) took the first doubles match as
Daniel Bustamante and
Andre Baldo won at No. 2, 8-6. However, South Carolina State (10-2) took the next two doubles matches to win the opening point.
The Bulldogs picked up the only singles victory at the No. 4 spot when sophomore
Soufiane Mouline (SCSU) def.
Daniel Bustamante , 2-6, 6-3, 6-4.
