Box Score DELAND, Fla. – The South Carolina State women's soccer team dropped a match 8-0 at Stetson on Sunday afternoon at the Athletic Training Center. Stetson moved to 7-5 on the season, while SC State fell to 1-7.
 
SC State Highlights and Stats
Naydeen Cabalo took a team-high five shots (two on goal). Justine Zepeda took two shots, one on goal, while Alexandria Trujillo, Tierra Pullard and Cortney Welch each took one shot.
 
Goalkeeper Haley Austin spent 90 minutes in goal, allowing eight goals and saving four shots.
 
As a team, the Lady Bulldogs took 10 shots, three shots on goal and two corner kicks.
 
Stetson Highlights and Stats
Sarah Collins scored three of Stetson's eight goals. Five other Hatters scored goals in the win. Khari Smith and Janina Scharnbacher split time in goal and had two and one saves, respectively.
 
Stetson took 25 shots, 14 on goal, and took 10 corner kicks. The Hatters led 2-0 at halftime and scored six second-half goals.
