Box Score TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Pamela Soriano had a match-high 16 kills to lead the Florida A&M women's volleyball team to a 3-0 (25-15, 25-5, 25-22) win over South Carolina State on Sunday afternoon. FAMU improved to 4-10 overall and 2-0 in MEAC play, while SC State fell to 0-16, 0-2.
Valeria Lopez led all players with 20 assists and Joanie Del Castillo had a team-high 17 digs for the Lady Rattlers.
Shandice Sluch paced the Lady Bulldogs with five kills.
Melanie Williams had a match-high 21 digs.
SC State's next stop is Savannah, Ga., where they Lady Bulldogs take on Savannah State at 6 p.m. on Friday.
