Edward Stephens earned his second straight Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Rookie of the Week honor, the league announced.

Delaware State was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week and
RaShid Gaston of Norfolk State was named the Defensive Player of the Week.
Stephens (G, 6-2, 175, Fr., Columbia, S.C.) finished with a game-high 19 points, including three 3-pointers, and seven boards in a 71-63 victory over Houston. He also added seven points and four assists in a loss to Texas Tech.
May (G, 6-3, 185, Sr., So. Miami, Fla.) finished with a career-high 48 points, including six 3-pointers, and shot 16-of-25 (64-percent) from the floor in a 72-64 win over St. Francis (NY). He also added 16 points, including two 3-pointers, in a loss to Oregon.
Gaston (NSU) averaged 12.5 rebounds in wins against U.Va.-Wise and Northern Arizona. He recorded a double-double of 20 points and 14 boards in an 88-49 win over U.Va.-Wise. He also chipped in with 20 points, 11 rebounds and one block in an 81-62 victory over Northern Arizona.
Other Top Performances Cedric Blossom (MSU) posted a career-high 22 points, on 7-for -3 shooting from the field, in a 63-62 win over UC-Irvine.
Jordan Butler (NSU) recorded a career-high 12 points, five rebounds, and three assists in an 88-49 win over U.VA.-Wise
James Carlton (HU) averaged 15.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.0 blocks against IUPUI and Pepperdine.
Quinton Chievous (HAM) finished with 15 points, 12 rebounds, and two assists in 66-54 win over Tennessee State.
James Daniel III (HOW) tallied 18 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals in a 57-47 win over IUPIU.
Nate Maxey (NCCU) registered 12 points, nine rebounds and seven blocks in a 108-52 win over Barber-Scotia.
Dwight Meikle (HAM) recorded 28 points and 15 rebounds to help the Pirates to a 75-66 win over Northern Arizona.
Mike Myers (UMES) finished with 13 points and two rebounds in a loss to Old Dominion.
Dalvin Roberts (FAMU) scored 15 points and shot 50-percent (4-of-8) from the free-throw line against North Florida.
Jermaine Ruttley (FAMU) registered 15 points, nine rebounds and four assists against North Florida.
Darryl Palmer (SCSU) recorded a double-double of 13 rebounds and 10 points, along with eight blocks, and five assists to help the Bulldogs to a 71-63 win over Houston.
