Box Score ORANGEBUG, S.C. - The UNC Asheville women's volleyball team posted a 3-0 (25-13, 25-16, 25-18) win over South Carolina State on Saturday afternoon at Dukes Gymnasium.
UNCA (5-17) hit .494 as a team and had 11 total blocks. Chritine Lakatos finished with 10 kills and a .474 hitting percentage, while Katie Davis hit .667 with seven kills and a match-high 28 assists.
Kirby Anderson led SC State (2-20) with a match-high 11 kills and a team- and career-high .769 hitting percentage. She added two digs and two total blocks.
Victoria Rushin had a team-high 16 assists.
The Lady Bulldogs return to MEAC play next Friday when they host Florida A&M at 6 p.m.
