Orangeburg, SC—The SC State women's soccer team will host the 2013 Bulldog/Sleep Inn Classic, this Friday and Sunday, August 30 and September 1, at the Oliver C. Dawson Stadium.
SC State, who enters the tournament with 2-1-0 overall record, will host Gardner-Webb (0-1-1) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Lady Bulldogs open Sunday's play at 11 a.m. against the University of Alabama-Birmingham.
The Tournament will get underway on Friday at 5 p.m. with Francis Marion (0-1-0) matching up against the University of Alabama-Birmingham (1-1-0). Francis Marion and Gardner-Webb will close out tournament play on Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Lady Bulldogs will travel to Boiling Springs, N.C. next weekend, Friday and Sun, Sept. 6 and 7, to participate in the Running Bulldog Classic hosted by Gardner-Webb.
